The DP CM305 df meets the stringent criteria for Energy Star Qualification. To protect sensitive information the DPCM305 df encrypts data sent over networks using both SSL and Ipsec data encryption. For more security usage-wise, the control panel lock lets you limit user access via password protection, you can also use the IP Filter to limit printer access to registered IP addresses only. In addition, with Secure Print and Secure Fax Receive, you can set password protection on prints and faxes. This way, the DP C305 df will only print the protected job when you key in the password, thereby keeping sensitive data safer.
