To be eligible for our Free Delivery offer, the shipping address must be within an Australian Capital City, and the total order must be over $200 inclusive of GST. For orders under $200 to be delivered to an Australian Capital City, a flat $10 fee will be charged
This Free Delivery offer provides a standard courier shipping service to any Australian Capital City only.
If your order qualifies for our Free Delivery offer, eStore.com.au's web interface will automatically remove the freight charge from the order, as will a member of staff if the order is placed in store or over the phone.
The eStore.com.au Free Delivery offer does not apply when

The customer requests to have goods part shipped across multiple deliveries. Standard charges will apply; or
The customer requests to have their order shipped via the express 3 hour point-to-point service. Express charges will apply
The standard courier service is unable to deliver to your particular area.

Our Free Delivery offer is subject to you complying with the eStore.com.au Terms and Conditions of trade.
The information you provide to eStore.com.au will only be used to provide the Free Delivery offer to you, and not be used for any other reason unless permitted by the customer in writing.

Statutory guarantees apply in relation to eStore.com.au's supply of goods and services to consumers under the second schedule of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) ("Australian Consumer Law")("Consumer Guarantees"). In the event that any products or services purchased from Us are faulty, eStore.com.au will provide either a refund, repair or replacement at its own expense, as required by the Australian Consumer Law.
In the event of a breach of a Consumer Guarantee, eStore.com.au will repair, replace or refund (at Our election) the goods purchased free of charge.
To be eligible for the Free Returns offer, a customer must have made contact with eStore.com.au within a reasonable time of purchasing the goods or services.
The eStore.com.au Free Returns offer does not apply

When the reason for the return is for any reason other than a breach of a Consumer Guarantee such as a change of mind, abnormal or incorrect use or an incorrectly selected product; or
If the goods are not of acceptable quality but You were either informed of the issue before agreeing to purchase the goods or you examined the goods before accepting them and such examination ought reasonably have revealed the position.

The eStore.com.au Price Guarantee must be read subject to these Terms.
To be eligible for our Best Price Guarantee, you must provide to eStore.com.au on the date of your purchase, or within seven (7) days after the date of purchase, evidence of any genuine competitor's advertised price, for identical product (make, model and specifications) as advertised in a daily newspaper, catalogue, on commercial radio or television advert. The competitor's product must be identical in every way, meaning it must be produced by the same manufacturer and of identical condition, quality and design.
The product in question must be a lower price than our quoted price or the price you paid for the product, and available for sale by a competitor with a retail premises, for seven (7) days prior or seven (7) days after the date of your purchase. eStore.com.au reserves the right to verify the evidence of the identical product sold at the lower price.
If your claim qualifies for our Price Guarantee, eStore.com.au will lower the price by either reducing the quoted price or refund the difference from the price paid.
The eStore.com.au Price Guarantee does not apply where:

The lower price is conditional, or is part of a promotion involving, financing, installation, delivery, rebates, cash back offer, free or bonus offer, trade discount, stock clearance or any limited quantity promotion; or
The lower price is offered under any promotion with a third party (including, but not limited to, promotions with newspapers, exhibitions or other special events); or
The lower price is not available to the general public; or
The identical product is advertised in classifieds, online retailers, commercial resellers or distributors who sell direct to the public, parallel importers, fire or liquidation sales, rack, clearance and warehouse outlets; or
The lower price has been discounted by the competitor by use of coupons, loyalty rewards, redemption of frequent flyer miles or similar and other offers or incentives to reduce the total cost; or
The lower price has been discounted by the competitor on the basis that the product is a display stock only, end of line, ex demo, limited quantity, clearance, second hand or similar; or
The lower price is the result of an error by the competitor; or
eStore.com.au is unable to verify, using reasonable means, that the lower price or the advertised product is available for purchase.

The provision of the lower price by eStore.com.au will be the sole and exclusive compensation payable to you if you show eStore.com.au did not meet our Price Guarantee.
Our Price Guarantee may be terminated or amended at any time without notice.
Our Price Guarantee is only available to you on the date we provide you with our quoted price or during the period seven (7) days after your date of purchase.
Our Price Guarantee is subject to you complying with the eStore.com.au terms and conditions of trade.
The information you provide to eStore.com.au will only be used to provide the Price Guarantee to you or to discuss your claim, and not be used for any other reason unless permitted by the claimant in writing.
