Last night I ordered an item from you and I am dumbstruck.

The item was delivered today.

Over the last few weeks I have had dealings with a variety of companies
who have promised things to me numerous times and have repeatedly failed
to follow through.

That is why it amazed me to receive the item so promptly and without any fuss. The original expectation was that it would take a couple of days to get to me and that was fine, but when it came within one day I was
