The Monthly Summary Report provides a picture of your monthly receipts and payments.

It is very quick and easy to create invoices for customers
Simply select your customer and click on the 'Invoices' button. Add the invoice items and save the invoice.

Select items from the 'inventory' list to quickly add standard descriptions and prices to your invoices.
Whether it is a product, a service, or a standard description that you will use regularly on invoices, you can add them to the inventory list so they are added to your invoice at the click of a button.

Customer 'types' allow you to have up to 5 different prices for different types of customers.
This is very useful if you have multiple prices for the one item. For example, if you have a retail price and a wholesale price the customer' types' make it easy to add the correct price every time.

Print invoices using the standard layouts, Microsoft Word or customise your own layouts.
The standard layouts are very easy to use but there is also flexibility to customise the layouts for your business, or even to use Microsoft Word where you have other customising options.

Cashflow Manager CD-Rom Specifications.

Cashflow Manager is designed for PC computers running Windows 2000 (with service pack 4), XP, Vista and Windows 7. The minimum amount of RAM is 512 MB. The program will work on computers that have these specifications although older computers and computers with minimal RAM will be slower. You will need at least 200Mb of hard disk space on your computer for your Program, Tutorial and Data files.
