Pricing & Product Information
All prices include GST and are listed in Australian Dollars only. Only official Australian versions listed. Because of the dynamic nature of this industry (e.g. exchange rate variations and other variables beyond our control), prices, versions, product details and availability are subject to change on a continual basis without prior notice. Errors and omissions excepted. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, currency fluctuations and other issues with our suppliers may result in unforseen changes to advertised information. For out of stock items, delivery dates given are only estimates. Goods are not supplied on a trial basis, please check specification and compatibility with the manufacturer prior to purchasing. Although our staff can offer advice, they cannot confirm product compatibility. Goods ordered by fax or post will be charged at the current price at the time of receipt.
Rental Finance
Finance is available for hardware items over $500. Benefit from tax deductible monthly payments (may not apply - seek professional advice) which are good for cashflow. How does it work? Simply select the equipment needed and RentSmart will buy it and rent it back to you. Figures based on 48 month continuous term and include GST and stamp duty. Academic Pricing & Availability
When purchasing academic, educational or government licensed product, it is a requirement of the manufacturer that proof of student enrolment or employment from an educational institution or government department is supplied. Simply email/fax proof of identification (refer below) stating your web order number to sales@csw.com.au or 1300 658 600.

Please note that product cannot be dispatched until required information is received and approved. Academic, educational or government product may not be used for commercial purposes.
Proof of enrolment/employment must either be a copy of an official photo identification card from the education institution or official documentation from the educational institution's registration office or government department verifying that the individual is a current student/employee of the institution at the time of purchase. For Microsoft products, if the official identification card does not include a photograph of the student/employee, the copy of the identification card must be accompanied by a secondary photo identification. Please include your web order number together with proof of identification to aid our processing of your order.
Payment Method
For online orders we accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, BankCard and Amex. If an account is set up, you may place an order on your account (see 'Credit Accounts' below). Alternatively, please call 1300 658 600 to order with another form of payment
National Secure Internet Payment Service The National Secure Internet Payment Service is a new Internet payment gateway that enables secure online authorisation of credit card transactions over the Net. The service offers Industry Standards Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption and is easily integrated into our web site.
How does it work? Once the customer have chosen the goods and services that are to be purchased from our web site, click on the 'Payment Button', which transfers the customer to the National Secure Internet Payment Service payment page. Input credit card details, confirm the transaction amount and acknowledge the terms and conditions of the service. A transaction record is generated advising if the transaction was approved or declined. Print or save this transaction record. At the same time, an e-mail confirmation is forwarded to you. The customer is automatically transferred back to eStore's web site.
Credit Accounts
Accounts may be opened for Government Departments, Education and selected incorporated businesses, subject to credit checks. Previous trading history a must (Govt. Dpts excepted). Please call 1300 658 600 to have a Credit Application sent to you. Goods shall remain the property of eStore until such time as the customer has paid the full price of the goods.
Conditions of Delivery
Freight charges are calculated on the basis of weight of goods and location of delivery. Select the products to be purchased, 'Submit Order' and freight charges will be calculated. Approximate freight charges are as follows: Under 5kg $10; 5-15kg (e.g. printer) $18; Over 15kg (e.g. system) $30.
Special freight offers may be available as advertised on various advertisements from time to time. Please select the appropriate "Where did you see us advertised?" category from the menu when ordering online to activate such an offer.
We dispatch 85% of orders same day. Order by 3pm for same day dispatch (weekdays only) for products in stock. An authorised signatory needs to be at the delivery address to sign for and receive the goods. Photo identification may be requested.
The goods shall be at the customers risk from the date of delivery or the date upon which the customer is notified the goods are available for delivery, whichever comes first. eStore shall use its best endeavours to meet the anticipated supply date or to supply the goods as soon as reasonably possible. If the customer fails or refuses to take delivery of the goods, the customer shall be liable for all loss and damage (including consequential loss and damage) suffered or incurred by eStore as a result thereof, including all storage and handling costs and eStore, at its discretion may charge a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price.
International Orders
For international orders please call customer service on +61 3 8542 2222. Payment by cheque or direct deposit only. Insurance for delivery of goods is required for all international orders. Allow ten working days for cheque or direct deposit clearance.
Logon Name & Password Confidentiality and Liability
It is the responsibility of the customer to protect and authorise the use of logon codes and passwords. eStore will not and cannot take responsibility for customer logon code and password protection and use. Account customers are liable to pay all monies outstanding from the purchase of goods on their account by any person that used their user name or password. Non account customers please note: every order will require payment before shipment can be made. Therefore, in the unlikely event that you receive an order fraudulently placed on your account, please inform the staff at eStore immediately. We will arrange the return of the goods as well as contact the relevant criminal investigation authority.
Errors & Omissions
At eStore, we work hard to offer you the most competitive pricing and accurate product information. Because of the dynamic nature of this industry (e.g. vendor price changes and other variables beyond our control), prices, promotions, versions and availability advertised are subject to change without prior notice. Please be assured of our every effort to ensure the accuracy; however the documents and graphics published may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. eStore makes no representations about the suitability of this information; it is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. If an error is made or a product is listed at an incorrect price, eStore shall maintain the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed. If the order has been confirmed and charged to your credit card, eStore shall immediately issue a refund.
Return or Exchange of Goods
Return or exchange of computer software will gladly be accepted if the product is faulty or defective. Where the plastic seal is broken and the software is neither faulty nor defective the return or exchange will not be accepted due to copyright and licensing restrictions.
Return or exchange of computer hardware will attract stricter guidelines based upon third party constraints on eStore. Confirm with eStore prior to purchasing as to whether a computer hardware item is returnable, exchangeable or firm sale. We do not accept non-faulty returns on PCs and servers, notebooks, palmtop computers, hard drives, CPUs and memory.
Where a manufacturer offers a money back guarantee, this will normally involve you sending the product back directly to the manufacturer, who will process the refund themselves.
Right of refusal for the return or exchange of products is at the discretion of eStore, except where the Trade Practices Act of Australia makes allowance. A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to returned goods.
Warranty & Service
All products sold by eStore are covered by manufacturers warranties. eStore does not guarantee the functionality or compatibility of product.
Backorder Cancellation Policy
Please send all backorder cancellation requests to sales@csw.com.au or phone 1300 658 600. Except for "special orders", an order may be cancelled before it has left our warehouse with no cancellation fee. If the order has left our warehouse, a fee may apply to cover courier and restocking costs.
eStore may add to, delete or otherwise change these terms and conditions without notice. It is the responsibility of the customer to read and understand these terms and conditions each time an order is placed.
